As a complementary service to our leadership programmes or as a stand-alone service, we offer coaching for people who want to gain greater self awareness and take control of their own development. We have worked with senior managers, executives and directors in the private and public sectors. Some of the things people use coaching for are:

We act as facilitators for teams of people who want to their meetings to be productive. Our experienced facilitators can manage the processes involved in meetings, leaving the attendees to concentrate on the content. Often the presence of a neutral party can help to ensure that people feel fairly treated and confident that their views will be taken into consideration. Typical assignments where our facilitator's can help are:
